Dr. Kim Prescott
I’m a highly trained aesthetic doctor, lecturer and advanced aesthetics trainer, with a particular interest in regenerative aesthetic medicine and optimal health. I qualified as a doctor in 1999 and have always had an interest in lifestyle medicine. As well as studying nutrition, functional and aesthetic medicine, I have also attended training all over the world with the top experts in their fields.
I started my journey in aesthetic medicine in the UK in 2009, and after giving up my hospital consultant post, set up an aesthetic medi-spa and 2 medical weight loss clinics in Cape Town. Returning to the UK in 2016, I continue to divide my time between my clinical practice, teaching and research. I have also used my pharmaceutical expertise and experience in skin science to develop the PSMD Skin Science skincare range in conjunction with Dr Tania Schroeder and a team of dermatological chemists.
I stay up to date with the latest advances in regenerative and aesthetic medicine by travelling regularly to teach and attend local and international masterclasses in new innovations and techniques. I’m also a passionate medical journalist and trainer in aesthetic medicine. I firmly adhere to the belief that your skin reflects your overall state of health and results are optimised by addressing diet, skin care and hormonal health, with a preference for combining treatment modalities over a period of time.

Dr. Tania Schroeder
I am an NHS GP with a special interest in women’s health, family planning, wellness and aesthetics. In the NHS, I work as a GP and have been a Managing Partner at Wandsworth Medical Centre, a progressive and ambitious GP surgery, since 2007. The practice has grown rapidly over the last few years and the patient list continues to grow due to the practice’s good reputation in the local community.
I have been running a well woman and family planning clinic for many years, an interest which has led to me being trained in the use of bio-identical hormone therapy at the Marion Gluck Academy in London. In addition, I am trained in aesthetics, medical weight loss and IV nutrition in keeping with holistic patient care and promotion of wellness.
I feel passionate about health and wellness and find that the diversity and complexity of primary care keeps me engaged and challenged. I believe in tailoring each consultation and treatment to the needs of each patient, which is the cornerstone of my practice.

Dr. Ruslana Popelyuk
Following my graduation from medical school in 1999, I completed my training in general practice in 2006. I was awarded membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) having practiced in Somerset, Surrey and London. Throughout my career, I have developed a special interest in women’s health, family planning, minor surgery and aesthetic medicine.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Minor Surgery, and have extensive experience having conducted numerous procedures (both NHS and privately) over the last 15 years. I’m also a Member of the Faculty of Reproductive and Sexual Health and have completed training in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy at the Marion Gluck Academy in London. I am accomplished in the use of a wide range of the most effective and proven modern skin care technologies, as well as IV nutrition.
I’m passionate about the wellbeing of my patients, combining established medicine with the use of bio-identical hormones to ensure the absolute best outcomes. I adopt a flexible and holistic approach, strongly believing in the treatment of the patient rather than simply addressing the symptoms. In addition to my work at The PSMD Clinic, I work as a Senior GP and Partner in a thriving practice in South West London.
